Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before purchasing from fab4kids. By completing a purchase you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Digital goods — all sales final
All products sold on fab4kids are digital downloads (PDF and Word documents). Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days, unless you have already downloaded the content. By clicking “Checkout” and proceeding to payment, you acknowledge that digital delivery will begin immediately upon payment and that you waive your right to cancel once a download link has been provided.
If you have not downloaded your file and wish to cancel within 14 days of purchase, contact us at support@fab-4-kids.co.uk.
2. Intellectual property
All resources sold on fab4kids are the intellectual property of fab4kids or its content partners. Purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal and family educational use only. You may print purchased materials for personal use.
You must not:
- Share, redistribute, or resell any purchased resource.
- Upload resources to any platform, school network, or file-sharing service.
- Modify resources and redistribute the modified versions.
- Remove any copyright notices from the materials.
3. Acceptable use
Resources are intended for supplementary home and family educational use. Bulk or institutional purchase (schools, tutoring centres) is not covered by a standard licence — please contact us to discuss licensing arrangements.
4. Disclaimer
fab4kids resources are educational supplements and are not a substitute for formal schooling or professional educational advice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy and curriculum alignment but cannot guarantee that materials will match every school’s specific scheme of work.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, fab4kids’ liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the price paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
